Sommario
Il candidato selezionato fornirà supporto tecnico pre e post-vendita per i prodotti e le soluzioni di topografia per Stonex azienda multinazionale nei settori del posizionamento, cantieristica e navigazione.
Il candidato ideale preferibilmente possiede esperienza con hardware GNSS, software di topografia e strumenti informatici avanzati.
Questo ruolo prevede il supporto al personale di vendita e ai distributori durante le prove in loco, presentazioni, formazione all’installazione, webinar e dimostrazioni dei prodotti.
Inoltre, il candidato fornirà feedback tecnici ai team interni di ingegneria e gestione dei prodotti per assistere nella risoluzione dei problemi e guidare lo sviluppo dei prodotti.

Compiti e responsabilità essenziali
- Assistere il personale di vendita nella valutazione dell’applicazione dei prodotti aziendali per soddisfare le esigenze dei clienti
- Supportare il personale di vendita con dimostrazioni dei prodotti, installazioni e prove
- Condurre installazioni e formazione post-vendita per la rete di distribuzione
- Comunicare i requisiti tecnici dei clienti alla gestione dei prodotti e al personale di vendita
- Supporto Tecnico sui prodotti per risolvere i problemi dei clienti
- Eseguire test sul campo e configurazione dei prodotti
- Fornire formazione sui prodotti a clienti interni ed esterni
- Sviluppare specifiche dettagliate per applicazioni/soluzioni per i clienti
- Assistere gli utenti nella valutazione e convalida dei prodotti
- Identificare tecnologie software appropriate e soluzioni di supporto per la risoluzione dei problemi
- Eseguire test di follow-up, risoluzione dei problemi e ottimizzazione delle prestazioni secondo necessità
- Viaggiare a livello nazionale ed internazionale
- Creare presentazioni per webinar, aggiornare la documentazione tecnica e produrre materiali di formazione rapidi sotto forma di video
Educazione e/o Esperienza
- Preferibile: esperienza in applicazioni correlate agli strumenti GPS/GNSS
- Preferibile: qualifiche in ingegneria o in un campo correlato
- Disponibilità a viaggiare
Competenze pratiche/tecniche
- Capacità di sviluppare e tenere presentazioni tecniche in italiano e inglese
- Competenze nel test sul campo e nella raccolta di dati scientifici
- Competenze di interfaccia/presentazione con i clienti
Competenze informatiche
- Competenza in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Competenze linguistiche

The position of Regional Sales Manager maintains and expands relationships with strategically important large channel customers (dealers/distributors). Assigned to a number of customers, the RSM is responsible for achieving sales quota and assigned strategic account objectives. The RSM may represent the entire range of company products and services but likely a targeted market to be discussed, while leading the customer account planning cycle and ensuring assigned customers’ needs and expectations are met by the company. In addition, the RSM will prospect new customers in support of new business development to drive company revenue goals and meet assigned quotas.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Business development building new dealer channel for the machine control product line.
- Maintain existing accounts in defined territory and as assigned, to meet and exceed forecast revenues while maintaining appropriate account satisfaction.
- Follow up on new sales leads.
- Meet or exceed margin targets developed by the Business Unit Director on business generated

- Update and submit product forecasts monthly, as requested by Sales Ops Manager.
- Assist with development of company’s strategic plan and budgets for markets, products, marketing and sales, to the extent agreed by the Business Director.

- Represent other company business areas as called upon, to the extent agreed by the Business Unit Director.

- Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis.
- Lead solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.

- This position will not currently supervise direct reports although this may evolve over time.
Education and/or Work Experience:

Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- 10+ years of experience in technical sales
- Excellent knowledge of industry and company market segment including competitors, products, channels and industry developments
- Machine Control & Guidance experience a plus
- Thorough knowledge of business planning and development
- Demonstrated previous successful sales track record is desired
- International sales experience desirable
- Background in GNSS and/or Surveying Methodology

Descrizione del lavoro
Provides pre-sales and post-sales technical support Stonex USA’s range of Machine Control products and solutions for the construction and agriculture sectors. The successful applicant will have in-depth experience using GNSS hardware, machine guidance software and terminals, and the various sensors that make up a solution for both onboard machine guidance systems, and pole and vehicle mounted related grade checking solutions.
The applicant’s knowledge will be used to provide technical expertise to sales staff and the distribution network through on-site trials, presentations, installation training, webinar training and assistance with proposals and product demonstrations. The applicant will also provide technical expertise back to in-house Engineering and Product Management resources to facilitate and expedite resolution of issues and to guide product development to meet market needs. The individual may be required to project manage specific issues and integrations from time to time, as needed, and needs to convey customer feedback to technical design and engineering staff in addition to his own input.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales staff in assessing potential application of company products to meet customer needs
- Assist sales staff with product demonstration, installation and trials
- Perform installations and post-rollout training for the distribution network on the operation and features of the application/solution. This will require customer interaction, but the support requirement will remain as 2nd level, the distributor being responsible for 1st level support.
- Disseminate customer technical requirements to product management and sales staff
- Interfacing with Tech support, Product Management, and Sales to resolve customer issues
- Conduct field testing and product set-up
- Conduct product training to internal and external customers
- Prepare detailed specifications for the development and implementation of customer applications/solutions
- Assist users with product capability assessment and validation
- Identify appropriate software technologies and support solutions for problem resolution
- Set customer expectations and keep appropriate parties informed of progress
- Provide follow-up testing, troubleshooting and performance tuning as necessary

- Machine Control Applications field support experience preferred
- Both Hardware and Software experience across multiple brands in the Machine Control sector
