In order to regulate the activities deriving from Legislative Decree 24 of 2023 (“Whistleblowing Decree”), Stonex Srl has adopted a Whistleblowing Procedure compliant with the provisions of the current legislation on the matter. Stonex Srl guarantees the complete confidentiality of the whistleblower.
